The family of a 75-year-old man who died days after an Oregon sheriff’s deputy allegedly broke his ribs and punctured his lung over a dispute about the man’s backyard barbecue has filed a $3.85 million lawsuit.
13 days later the man was found dead in his home allegedly consistent with injuries from the arrest.
