The Virginia Cold Case From 2018 We Tried to Solve Underwater - We joined Chaos Divers to search rivers and lakes for answers in this unsolved mystery.
In August 2018, Nigel Ennels (46) went missing from Danville, Virginia, along with his black 2013 Toyota Camry (NC plate PJV 6810). His disappearance wasn't reported until October 3rd. Now 8 years later, we are following his possible route toward Charlotte, NC, conducting an underwater search with sonar and dive teams.
This is a true crime and missing person case that remains an unsolved mystery. We searched multiple bodies of water between Danville, VA and Charlotte, NC, scanning boat ramps, marinas, and bridges where a vehicle could be hidden underwater. No matter how much time passes, every missing person deserves to be searched for.
