The pole should start inline with the skeleton so that the weight of the pole is not being carried by just the arms, but the frame also. A nice strong running action is needed with a smooth pole drop throughout the run up.
For take off ensure that the take off foot is just under the arm and add a left leg fast swing to inversion.
Throughout take off and inversion a really good right arm, left leg connection is required driving the right arm and kicking the left leg.
At the top of the vault make sure to keep driving the feet to the sky and keep the body tension.
