Built for kitchens where every square metre counts, the reliable Polar G-Series cold and freezer rooms delivers impressive walk-in refrigeration or where you need it most.
The Cold and Freezer rooms are available in 2 sizes:
1500x1500mm or 2100x2100mm
Cold Room-
With its compact footprint, the cold room provides a generous 4950Ltr or 9702Ltr of capacity (room size dependant), providing you with ample space to store bulk ingredients safely between 0°C and +8°C. High-density polyurethane insulation, a forced-air circulation system and an R290-charged hermetic compressor maintain consistent temperatures in ambient conditions up to 40°C, helping reduce running costs whilst keeping produce fresher for longer - even in hotter kitchen areas.
Freezer Room-
Offering a generous 4950Ltr or 9702Ltr capacity (room size dependant), the walk-in design streamlines bulk stock rotation and keeps ingredients safely held between -20°C and -2°C. A high-performance forced-air system circulates cold evenly around every shelf and crate, so temperature recovery is rapid even during busy prep. Modular, corrosion-resistant panels lock together via sturdy turnbuckles, making self assembly straightforward and ensuring an airtight seal that preserves valuable chill.
Durable white galvanised steel panels are easy to connect quickly using corrosion-resistant turnbuckles, creating an airtight seal that's simple to assemble and built to last. Daily operation is made safer and easier by an embossed anti-slip floor, integrated interior release, digital controller and automatic hot gas defrost with heated drain.
