Just going for a little walk outside in the snow, talking about these polar bear plunge meetups that happen on New Year's Day. I have not participated in one of these yet, but it's fascinating to me that people do this seemingly painful thing for fun.

Health benefits of bathing in ice cold water that I found by doing Google searches:
1. Helps one to control the body and breathing
2. Practical aspect of overcoming your fears
3. Increase core body temperature, resulting in greater circulation and stimulated immune system
4. Result in better general well-being, evelating mood, lowering stress and fatigue.
