I opened this YouTube channel in March 2021, and over the years, I’ve received various comments about the remixes I’ve published. One of the comments I’ve received most often is that my music has a special emotional quality; in fact, I think that within this small community, the remixes you appreciate the most are the "calmer" and "more relaxing" ones. Before starting this channel, I basically had no experience in music, but I was (and still am, of course) a huge music lover, and I wanted to challenge myself, even knowing I wasn’t as skilled as others.
Before March 2021, I wasn’t very familiar with some of the remixers in the Pokémon community; for this reason, I didn’t know about sentsinkanteun. I discovered their channel a little over two years ago, when they had already stopped regularly publishing remixes, but I can say it’s one of the best discoveries I’ve ever made. Every remix has an emotional depth that is simply superb, and more than once, I’ve shed a tear while listening. Some of my favorite tracks from sentsinkanteun are Dragonspiral Tower, DPPt Ending Credits, Lake, and... Coumarine City. These tracks (and more) inspire me every day.
A few weeks ago, I listened again to the Coumarine City remix, and it inspired me to create my own remix of this fantastic piece. I hope that my remixes can give you even a small part of the emotions sentsinkanteun conveyed to me. :)
