Swellow:
The Swallow Pokémon is Winona's greeting card. This one is fast, with moves like Quick Attack, Aerial Ace, Double Team, and Endeavor.
Tropius:
This bulky Pokémon is part Grass-type, which makes it weak to the very type that Winona specializes in. It also knows Sunny Day, Aerial Ace, SolarBeam, and Synthesis.
Pelipper:
The Water Bird Pokémon is more defensive than the others, being capable of using Protect, Supersonic, Water Gun, and Aerial Ace.
Skarmory:
This part Steel-type Pokémon may be covered in armor, but it moves nimbly, and can strike hard with Steel Wing, Fury Attack, Sand-Attack, and Aerial Ace.
Altaria:
Winona's ace in the hole is the Humming Pokémon, Altaria. This graceful opponent's appearance belies its power, and it has Earthquake, Dragon Dance, DragonBreath, and Aerial Ace in its arsenal.
