2. Can only catch Grass Type Pokémon (Species Clause); This includes Pokémon that evolve INTO Grass types, but does NOT include non-Grass Pokémon that evolved from Grass types!

5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4's ace (at the START of the battle)
