I made a tier list of all fully evolved Pokémon, determining whether or not I think they should get Mega Evolutions in the DLC for Pokémon Legends: Z-A (or at some other point in the future if Megas are brought back again).
I would've made the title something more accurate to what the tier list actually is, but I figured that would be too long of a title.
