Mustard is a character in The Isle of Armor in Pokémon Sword and Shield. He is a former Champion of the Galar region. He is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Dojo Master.

After befriending Kubfu, the player must evolve it at either the Tower of Darkness or the Tower of Waters, depending on their choice, with Mustard acting as the final opponent before Kubfu can evolve into Urshifu.
