Mustard is a character in The Isle of Armor in Pokémon Sword and Shield. He is a former Champion of the Galar region. He is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Dojo Master.

Once the player has successfully found a way to unlock Urshifu's Gigantamax potential, Mustard will challenge the player to one more battle, where he holds nothing back.

After this battle, he can be challenged to a rematch once a day if the player talks to him while he plays Pokémon Quest in the Master Dojo.
