Hello and welcome, everyone, to The Name Rater! The Name Rater is a series where you submit your Pokemons nickname, and I rate it for you.
Got a cool, funny, or terrible name for a pokemon? Submit your nickname, and maybe you can be featured in the next episode!
Submission rules:
- Post a short comment and include ONE nickname. You must tell me what Pokemon that nickname applies to, and tell me a little bit about why you nickname your particular pokemon that.
Example: I like to name Charizard Chaizord because I mispelled a nickname one day, and found it funny. And it makes me laugh every time I see that name.
WHAT NOT TO DO: I name my Totodile Wallace.
(The reason you DONT do this is because theres no explanation in that submission.) This is obviously not the case for nicknames that are self-explanatory...but Id prefer if you still put an explanation as well.
Nicknames may contain swearing, actually giving a pokemon a swear word as a nickname may require some effort though (genning/hacking/spelling it oddly), but these are totally okay to submit.
Follow the rules, and youll have a chance at being in the next episode!
If you enjoy the series, consider giving it a like, as it really does help it out. Also, keep in mind that the series may rate some inappropriate names at times. Youve been warned.

- I had just finished the game recently for the first time in 4 years
- I wasnt happy with my Mew photo, so I wanted to take another one
- I started getting into the habit of later trying to go for the 10k mew shot, this happened early on
- I felt like I was going to get a good shot at the time but overtimed how long it would take to get to the door.
- I failed miserably.
- I broke your eardrums.

WARNING HEADPHONE USERS. TURN DOWN VOLUME.
This was before I fixed the audio for Tales of Zestiria [PC] version. If you need to know how to fix it, follow these steps.
1. Right click your volume mixer and select your playback devices.
2. Find whatever playback device youre using, right click it - and go to properties (this will be whatever youre using as your speakers.)
3. Go to the advanced tab and select any of the 48000hz ones.
4. Close/relaunch Tales of Zestiria. This should have fixed the issue.")
