Played on an original N64 (PAL) cartridge, and recorded via high-speed USB this my quest to fully complete Pokémon Stadium on both R-1 and R-2 which I've never done before! This is video #13/?? in the ongoing series!...
No.13 is the next battle of the Gym Leader Castle! It all starts with 3 Vermilion Gym trainers and then its leader Lt.Surge as the final fight - each Gym has its own theme and Surge likes to use mainly Electric types. I really like how these Gyms are also visually themed it's a shame there aren't 8 trainers to battle like in the Stadium part of the game the battle theme is great!
13 uploads in and 3/8 Gym Leaders are now complete (not counting the Elite 4 and the Rival) on R-1 mode and I almost forgot how easy these early Gyms are! I'm definitely looking forward to R-2 mode for sure I think that'll be a nice challenge! Nostalgia to the max and gaming heaven!! :)
Because I have the option to use Pokémon from the L50-55 Poke Cup and L100 Prime Cup in the Gym Leader Castle I can continue to mix it up when choosing my team of Pokemon, and maybe level-up some more of mine to L100 to join Mewtwo, Venusaur and Zapdos and make a complete team of 6. Hopefully won't take too long with the Dodrio GB Tower!
I still have 20 more stars in Super Mario 64 to upload and will be alternating uploads so both are 100% :) I'm still in the process of putting definitive teams together for the R-2 mode here, so yeah, I've invested in this game. I figured completing this game 100% is a big project I may as well do it the best I can :) I'm thinking about getting that Starmie for R-2 Poke Cup... what do you think? Feedback appreciated! Or is there a Pokemon you want to see me use!? Tell me and I'll see if I can get it in my lineup and get a win from it for my subscribers!
