The third out of the four Pokémon announced for Tera Raid Battles, and the featured Pokémon for this one is Farigiraf, and alongside this event is a mass outbreak event where the Girafarig line appear in Paldea and the Terarium, Girafarig in both, and Farigiraf only appear in the Terarium.
Farigiraf has a Fairy Tera Type, and this one shouldn't be anything like the Annihilape Tera Raid Event where it was very difficult, with Farigiraf, it shouldn't be too hard, it does have Armor Tail, which prevents you from using any priority moves, and its moves are Twin Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Ball, and Thunderbolt, and its additional moves are Nasty Plot and Trick Room.
For scripted actions, Farigiraf sets up a shield when it either has 90% HP or time remaining, and at 90% time is when it uses Nasty Plot. For time based actions, at 70% time, it resets player stats, and it resets its stats at 60% time, it does this again at 30% HP remaining, and for moves, it uses Trick Room at 50% HP, and Dazzling Gleam at 40% HP.
Steel-types are your best option, specially those that can lower Farigiraf's Special Attack stat, Kingambit or Scizor are some top options, Kingambit can use Snarl, and Scizor has Struggle Bug. For options that I have prepared for this one, I went with Heatran, and I gave it Taunt so that when Farigiraf puts up its shield, I can prevent it from using Nasty Plot.
This one isn't too hard as Farigiraf only uses Nasty Plot once, and if your Steel-type has a move that lowers Special Attack, then you shouldn't have a hard time against it.
As for Farigiraf, it does have Armor Tail, which is the best Ability for it in Double Battles as this blocks priority moves like Fake Out or Extreme Speed from the opponent, and as its main role is to set up Trick Room, it usually has support allies that can use Fake Out to stop the opponent from attacking Farigiraf until the Trick Room is up.
Farigiraf usually holds a Colbur Berry to reduce the damage from Dark-type moves in Pokémon Champions, but this game, it can use the Fairy Tera Type to resist Dark-type moves. Farigiraf usually goes for a support role, it has Helping Hand when paired with Torkoal to increase the power of Eruption, but whenever Farigiraf does use attacks, Psychic is its main one, Twin Beam is an alternative against Focus Sash Sneasler, there is Thunderbolt to deal with Water-types.
Farigiraf has many options, there is Ally Switch as a niche pick, Psychic Noise to prevent the opponent from healing, and Imprison to prevent the opponent from using the moves that Farigiraf has, like Protect or Trick Room.
Farigiraf isn't as useful in Single Battles as its type combo is held back by weaknesses to Knock Off and U-turn, but it can pull off a gimmicky set with Agility and Nasty Plot, which allows it to sweep with Stored Power and Dazzling Gleam with the Fairy Tera Type. It can use other Tera Type options like Water or Dark, but the Fairy Tera Type is the best option for Farigiraf.
With three Pokémon down, Kingambit is the last of the four Pokémon, and after seeing how hard the Annihilape Tera Raid Event was, Kingambit is going to be an even harder opponent, as not only can it have Defiant for the Ability, but it has a very high Attack stat, and its has good defensive stats as well, but we will see what moves it will get for that event.
