Hello, and welcome to this challenge video. Level video seemed to intrigue me and I was curious how hard it would be do attempt this on the Pokemon Ranger series. To be honest, I didnt realize how overpowered you become just be playing the game until such limitations were places.
2 Hacks are enabled to make this video possible, the Level 1 hack and the 10 HP hack. Personally, would had preferred a no EXP hack but it is what it is.

This video shows how in download the Pokemon Ranger net missions into a save. Best suited for the Official Game, optional for Flashcard and Emulator. This video utilizes the Mobile Hotspot to obtain a WEP connection, allowing the DS to connect to the Wiimmfi servers. Be careful when using a WEP (or no security) connection, I suggest you turn it off when not in use.
