There are a total of 27 Mysterious Slates in Pokémon Pokopia, and each one is completely unique—meaning no duplicates. You can find them by exploring naturally, using a Dowsing Machine, or bringing a Pokémon with the Search specialty to help locate hidden items faster.
Once you’ve collected the slates, head to the Withered Wasteland. Just north of the starting area, you’ll find a hidden tunnel behind breakable rocks. Inside, you’ll discover a secret chamber featuring a large Unown mural puzzle. This is where the Mysterious Slates come into play.
Each slate acts as a puzzle piece that must be placed correctly on the mural. If you see sparkles, you know the piece is correctly positioned. To make things easier:
• Use ZL to flip the slate and match Unown symbols
• Press X to sort your inventory into the correct order
