So the making of this was... strained to say the least. I've encountered a major problem with 6th gen mods. That is, I don't know how to get it so that a speech bubble looks as if it's coming from the player (cause they never talk!). This is a huge issue as usually my videos resolve around back and forth between the player and some NPCs.
So while I'm working out that problem, I'll be continuing to focus on model and text mods. Editing the soaring Pokemon was also more complicated than anticipated, and had to be fixed in a hex editor directly.
So yes, I'm not too pleased with how this turned out, and I wish I could've packed some jokes in there. The funniest line (about the fossils) is actually lifted straight from the game. At least soaring on Kyogre looks ridiculous.
In case it's not clear, the idea here is supposed to be: Lisia is missing her Altarianite, and the player comes across Altarianite-K which is similar, except it causes Altaria to mega-evolve into... Kyogre? I guess? I don't know!
Another milestone being marked here is in my recording setup. I switched to using ScreenFlow to record with higher FPS.
