so now that ya boy is back, ya boy posted a poll to see what kind of video y'all wanted to see. most of y'all voted for ya boy to make a Pokémon Mashup. so here we are!

(also somehow the vid's in 4K again lmao Idk why that keeps happening)

this theme was next up on my list of mashups to put together for awhile now (even before I left on my break). there wasn't just the right amount of remixes and covers at the time before ya boy temporarily left YouTube to make it. but hey! now there is! this mashup took ya boy a few good hours to mix this together (like 6-8 hours. a lot of people think that mixing mashups is lazy/easy work, but no it's not lol at least not all the time. not for ya boy. I put a lot of hard work, dedication, and passion into mixing these). I tried using the best covers/remixes I could find that mixed well with the original track. there were a bunch of other ones I wanted to try mixing together too, but it didn't turn out too good so I had to scrap 'em. so the ones I used in here were the best ones I could find to mix together.

it's far from being 100% perfect though imo (if you think it's perfect then great lol thanks), but this is the best ya boy can do for y'all. plus it’s been a couple of years since ya boy did a mashup. so yeah please forgive ya boy just this once lol ya boy’s just a little bit rusty with mixing these.

I also tried to get rid of the sound compression as much as possible so it doesn't sound super staticky, but I didn't want to get rid of too much of the compression otherwise it would've removed the best parts of the mashup (trust me I tried already and it sucked so this is the best I could do)

I'm not a huge fan of SV. the first Pokemon games I never completed (barely touched it). not a huge fan of the glitchy mess and the open-world aspects and all that shit (if they had the gym leader's pokemon's levels scale up to how many badges you had, that would be awesome. hopefully one day). but the music. THE MUSIC. 10/10! some of their tracks (like this one here of course) goes pretty hard (lookin at you too Toby Fox 👀). so I'm definitely gonna do more mashups from SV.

Ya boy has monetization off for this mashup video for reasons being that these covers used in this mashup video are not mine. And I don’t like making money from other people’s work.
