It's time to start a new adventure, we’re playing Pokémon Lazarus, and we're trying something completely new!
⛏️ The Loop: Catch the encounter - Mine for Wishing Stars - Exchange at the Wishing Well for a random teammate! 🎰
But first... we need a Star-Seeker. I’ve got 9 starters from Gen 6, 7, & 9. Who carries us to the first Wish?

The Pokémon Lazarus: Wishing Locke Rules
1. The Core Nuzlocke Foundation
Death is Final: If a Pokémon faints, it is considered dead. Move it to the "Deaths" box (tracked by the Skull icon on your layout).
Nicknames: Every Pokémon must be nicknamed to strengthen the emotional bond.
2. The "Star-Seeker" (The Starter)
The Only Non-Wish: The starter is the only Pokémon on the team that is not obtained through a wish.
The Protector: This Pokémon’s primary job is to lead the team until you reach the first "Wishing Area" and to protect the team while you mine for stars.
3. The Mining & Wishing Loop
Step 1: The Encounter: You catch the first encounter on a new route as normal.
Step 2: Mining for Stars: You must find/mine a Wishing Star (tracked by the Star icon on your layout).
Step 3: The Wishing Well: Once you have an encounter and a Star, you "exchange" them at the Wishing Well.
The Result: This triggers a "Wish"—you receive a random Pokémon to actually use on your team. The original encounter is "consumed" or sent away as the sacrifice for the wish.
4. The Gacha Element
Team Building: Your team's composition is largely up to the "Luck of the Wish." This makes every Wishing Star you find a high-stakes moment for the series.
