It's been many years since I last modded a Pokémon game, so here's a little something I did in a few days!
Never thought I would stall so much! Then again that's often how I played competitively..
I also wanted this to feel like an ultimate battle, similar to Gold / Ethan vs. Red in Gen 2. So even with Red's EV-trained team, mine had quite the abnormally-high BSTs and crazy movesets.
And even after nerfing it a little, I made Missingno far too strong for its own good! While it originally was much cheaper, it still took 14 minutes to beat it.
