Yes, it's a ROM hack. Nothing big. I can't edit text yet, so this isn't exactly my specialty ._. You gotta start small though, right?
Anyway, stuff I did:
Maxed out Mudkip's stats
Made Mudkip an Electric/??? type
Gave Mudkip Adapability (cause)
Made Mudkip Genderless
Made Mudkip a starter instead of Piplup
Had Mudkip evolve into a certain special someone at lv6...
Maybe the funniest part, is that the Mudkip downgraded itself when it evolved into the Arceus. Since the Kip was maxed out, it leveled DOWN when it evolved into a normal Pokemon. Epic.
Music is His World, because everybody loves it, and because no$gba doesn't record sound for you. T_T

Also, for those of you who actually keep up with my video progress, 100th vid is still in the making. IT WILL BE WORTH IT!! The script I've written will eat your soul.
