I don't know who Will is, but apparently he's expanded upon in HeartGold and SoulSilver. I just wish I could get my copy of the emulated ROM to work long enough to find out, just like Lorelei was in FireRed and LeafGreen.
Sparky's the lowest level in my party because, quite frankly, training an electric type in Victory road is more stressful than helpful. Especially when it doesn't have any attacks which are good against Rock/Ground types. You could argue I could've given it Iron Tail, but Charm and Dizzy Punch are more useful in the long run and I am NOT getting rid of Thunderbolt and Thunder.
Major events:
*Sparky learned Thunder.
*I evolved Sparky into a Raichu with a Thunderstone received from Lass Dana.
*With the money accumulated from doing shitloads of battles and spending hardly any cash on potions, I bought myself TM38 (Fire Blast) from the Game Corner.
*Taught Fire Blast to Blaze.
*Found TM28 (Solarbeam).
*Taught Tochukaso Solarbeam and Sunny day, while getting rid of Cut at the Move deleter. It's attacks all now begin with S!
*Irrelevant, but caught Suicune.
