Both general answers and pikachu specific answers to decid's homing attack mix ups. Also some weird thing that happened during testing at the end.
The general answer I'm talking about is homing block canceling. In between the final hit of decid's homing attack, press x to begin a homing and then follow that immediately by shield. This lowers the block stun (technique is called a perfect block) on his final homing hit for a true punish and allows you to react to decid's other options while punishing the basic ones. I show the proper response for each situation with pikachu in the video. Your character might have other options, so be sure to explore.
