love this guy. what a dork. honestly think he and his team are pretty neat. maybe my favourite since aqua. they’re just so dumb and gung-ho lol
when designing a theme for guzma i thought, “this dude is either gonna have some hip hop track accompanying him, or something super-try-hard-cool,” and because i don’t know how to make hip hop, super-try-hard-cool it is. that means lots of guitars, stupid loud synth leads, and crash cymbals everywhere. bitch. i took inspiration from maxie’s/archie’s theme for the structure, and that’s where i got the idea to change the key a few times. i don’t do that enough in my vgm pieces. i think it’s a pretty solid tool for changing mood rather quickly lol. and of course, surprise surprise, team skull’s motif is in here too. wow it’s just a party in here. i wish someone invited me. smh
i recorded that 'yeah' btw in the song can u believe it i can honestly join team skull i'm so GOOD
that’s it. i’m considering changing my namesake/brand btw so this might be the last time i get to upload as “electricmudkip” maybe. either that or next time. i’ll probably have to make an announcement/update video about that BLEUUGH GROSS
