Got this remix made just in time for the new batch of Pokemon Sun and Moon details coming August 1st! To be truly honest, I'm still not happy with the battle music they've shown for Sun and Moon so far. I think it has something to do with the chords/pads not being balanced well enough with the other sounds. There's actually a section in this particular theme that does very well with creating this balance, but the lead has note choices that sort of throw the next transition off. Sorry for ranting there. :( I know I'm nothing compared to Masuda and the rest of the music team. I trust they have done an excellent job with the rest of the soundtrack! That's not to say this theme and the wild encounter theme are bad. There are elements that I thoroughly enjoy in these pieces. For instance, the percussion, the pace of the songs, the uplifting-ness! It gives off a very adventurous vibe and approach to the score. :) I also have to say that I don't really like the remix I have made of this theme, but I'm hoping you guys will appreciate it! :D Again, sorry for the ranting. It's just something I've felt very strongly about in the past weeks. Haha Can't wait to hear the rest of the music! Take care, guys!
