Not really much to say...
This is the first gym.
You can fight Surge in the city right after you land on Vermillion City taking the S.S ship.
Lt. Surge has ELECTRIC POKEMON. So ground types would be extremely effective.


I didn't really train my Pokemon till later on in the game.
Anyways enjoy in English.
