Unlike the other dogs, Entai and Raiku, Suicune does not run away and stays in one place.
After you meet Suicune in route 14, you find it standing near Bill's house.

Use Ultra Balls. Cuz thats what I used.

Suicune's Moveset:
Rain Dance (Water)
Gust (Flying)
Mist (Ice)
Aurora Beam (Ice)

The emulator that I'm playing on right now is VERY laggy and I'm trying to fix this problem. This is why I might post future videos a little late.
