Again nothing too difficult here, you can use the egg half way through the level to stop yourself and get the picture of the group of Charmander.
Also is it me but when Oak said to throw the Pokemon food at the Electrode, he was slightly encouraging you to throw it at everything that moves? You know, provoke the natural wild life, which if im sure you threw something hard at a 3 foot tall flaming lizard and knocked it into a pool of lava it wouldn't be too chuffed that you did.
Oh well, they have a remarkably short memory and Todd is somehow flame retardant so hey no worries.
