Quite a long level it seems like to me. You can save the 3 Jigglypuff's and have two of them dance around and one of them sing that all too familiar song. And if you rescue the Pikachu being held captive by the Zubat he brings out some balloons and floats around, adding more points.

Todd's expression to a new area being opened is kind of funny, the over the top "YEAH!!" and jump make him look a little silly.
