This is an obscure battling error in Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow involving the move Transform, as well as either Mirror Move or Metronome, when used while transformed. It came to light when it showed up in Pikasprey's "Can You Beat Pokemon Red/Blue With Only a Ditto?" video after Ditto was unable to use Struggle when Transform ran out of PP.

Thanks to gifvex, who made me notice that the PP-incrementing function fails to account for being transformed. Indeed, this function used by Mirror Move and Metronome is the cause of this bug.
