It's the Pokemon 20th anniversary, so I did some Pokemon cooking and made Pokeball Brownies! Who's your favourite Pokemon? Mine is Charizard.

Pokemon recipe for this video:
200g Caster Sugar
115g butter, melted
40g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
115g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Ready to roll icing / fondant for the pokeball brownies.
I recommend red and white at the very least, so you can make a pokeball brownie. Add blue for a great ball and purple and pink if you want a master ball to catch any Pokemon you choose :)
I've been playing a lot of Pokemon online lately and have really gotten into battling again! My current Pokemon team is Garchomp, Sylveon, Gyarados, Talonflame, Latios and Clefable.
