I show the locations of the Good and Super Rods in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, along with that I've included a guide for Heart Scale farming. Heart Scales are useful for teaching or relearning moves for your Pokemon.
Catch a Shuppet with Frisk in Route 121 and then teach it thief. Thief can be found in Slateport during a Team Magma/Aqua mission.
