Lucky Eggs help boost the Experience your Pokemon receives in battle, so they're a very useful item to have when trying to level up your Pokemon. This is a great method to get a bunch of lucky eggs really quick. Frisk isn't a requirement, however you need a Pokemon with Thief. The Route I used here is next to Mossdeep, don't forget to remove the item once you thief it!
