Were these Russian playing Pokemon Go? Or protesting Putin?

Hundreds of protesters were arrested in Moscow during an illegal rally against Putin's government. But now, some of those arrested claim that they weren't there protesting. Instead, they say they were playing Pokemon Go.

The protest, organized by extreme Russian nationalist Vyacheslav Maltsev, was held on the 100th anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution. Maltsev has advocated for a second Russian Revolution, and authorities claim they've found weapons after arresting some of his supporters. But, as some photos from the event show, some of those arrested could have just been trying to catch 'em all.
