I've spent a lot of time on this over this summer, so here's a semi-basic rundown of my current Pokemon. Just for fun.
Answers to questions you may have:
- Yes, I live in Japan.
- No, I don't cheat (unless you're a purist and using things like Pokevision is considered cheating to you, which is OK if you do). I actually get off the couch and go places, often by bike. I averaged 10km a day for the first month, then had a drastic cut-down this last week and a half.
- My area has a ton of variety, and lots of the stuff it doesn't have, spawns in Odaiba, which I've been to twice, for a good half-day both times.
- IVs are fun, and I love stats and numbers, but they're not the most important thing to me. Honestly, anything over 66% seems good-enough to me. Now that it's easy to check, though, I do tend to favor better IVs when I can. I'm a nerd, but you don't have to be to enjoy this game, for sure.
- I've played Pokemon since before it was popular.
