This is a Gen 1 recomp, but more like full rewrite in Lua / Love2d.

The beginning of the trailer is to demonstrate how you will require a Pokemon Red rom on first boot, but only the first boot. The code decompiles the rom and snags / translates everything necessary in order to play the game natively (without an emulator).
