...Umm...there really isn't much to say...Apparently, this was a Wacky Racers (a great cartoon, btw) NES game with Blastoise on the title screen. What I don't get is your character. Why is it a bear? I think you play as Muttley the dog, but he's a bulldog, not a blue bear. Was that supposed to be Blastoise? O dear god...
