Well. It came down to the wire, and Cofa chose to waste 4 seconds of my time with Protect. Excellent.
This run wasn't particularly amazing though. Second ball Lillipup and triple static Elesa did me no favors, along with the various Fake Outs/Take Down Miss did me no favors, but a clutch end game let me bring it back home. I still don't think this record is particularly solid, there are one or two good things that can bring it down to a 3:09:3X pretty easy, but luck is the name of the game.
Might try to cook something a little better yet, might put this down and carry on. Ima sit on this for a couple days and we'll see how I feel.

Finally got a run in with the new Grotto Candy Route and Trainer Skip. This run has an insane midgame but a couple of odds and ends kept it from being a 3:08. Might play this a little bit longer to see if I can break the next minute barrier, but I am starting to look elsewhere for entertainment as its been over a year of running this category at this point.
