Here ill show the most use way to capture the roaming pokemon, if you want to use it like i did cofagrigus lears mean look at lvl 51 go capture a lvl 50 one in relic castle and lvl up, it wont let tornadus/thundurus escape, but dont let him beat you the pokemon that trapped him because it will escape, or use the other form of throwing the masterball, like the old lady says IT APPEARS HERE ON EVENINGS from 5 till 8 go to her house and do what i do enter and exit so when it is raining the pokemon will be there DONT DEFEAT A POKEMON IF IT APPEARS IT WILL MAKE TORNADUS/THUNDURUS ESCAPE thats a way to catch them, follow my instruction
