Here Flemlazoid and I go again.
Daisy, after having a horrible meeting with a past friend, returns to do battle on the contest stage. This time, at Magma Colosseum.
"So we finally meet, face to face." Jill said with a smirk, "I wonder how this will go over." Daisy brushed her hair to the side of her head and gave a smile back.
"We'll see I suppose. I heard you are pretty good at battling as well as at contests. After seeing you compete in the previous rounds, I know this to be truth."
Since Daisy's last incident, her contest season hasn't gone so well. She missed out on several contests trying to figure out why her friend had attacked her and why he faded into nothing when she managed to defeat him. So far she had come up empty handed... until now. Daisy had heard of a undercover agent who was investigating some cases. Perhaps she could draw him out if she competed at the Magma Contest... that and she really needed to start collecting ribbons in order to gain entrance to the Grand Festival.
"Well well well! Little miss Daisy has made it to the finals! We certainly are glad she is back in the game after not seeing her yet this season. Jill, her opponent, is also gracing us with her third contest this season! She won the first two, can she keep the ball rolling and nail a third win?" The announcer shouted into his microphone.
"No offense Daisy, but I'm going to win this. That ribbon is all mine." Jill said calmly. Daisy remained silent. "Skitty got your tongue?" Jill asked with surprise.
"Get ready, the match begins in 3, 2, 1!" The announcer bellowed.
