Type the desired ability's number into the PokeTch's Calculator. Enter into your party screen, and Hold Start and Select. Continue holding and check the first Pokemon's summary, which should now be your desired ability.

Note: Some people have problems with this code. Make sure you are not clashing this code with another code, as the Cloning code shares the same trigger.
