🎧 One of the most outstanding female vocal groups in pop history, my favourite line up of the Pointer family June (R.I.P.) Anita and Ruth, were a power house of great voices, tones and big tunes, that will be with us forever. Here, the dearly departed June takes lead (Mezzo-Saprano) backed by sisters Anita (High Mezzo-Soprano - listen to 'I'm So Excited') and Ruth who has one of the deepest Contraltos a female has - go listen to 'Automatic'.
