Some of my favourite dishes are Vegan by default and I'm just glad they exist! Poha is one of them. I used to eat so much Poha made by our office Chef Sushant when I had just shifted to Pune. Sometimes, mornings are just incomplete without Poha. I hope you'll enjoy the dish just as much as I do.
