Marisa Kirisame's theme from Touhou 9: Phantasmagoria of Flower View
I've definitely come to appreciate this theme much more as the years have gone on. It's a strange one though, starting so dark in tone and suddenly switching to a Witches' Ball style upbeat melody. However, I kind of love it. The piano as always is a highlight, and keeps a light tone throughout.
