Joshua Escobar is the author of the chapbooks "Caljforkya Voltage" (No, Dear/Small Anchor Press) and "xxox fm" (DoubleCross Press) as well as the new full-length collection about being a deejay in a queer dystopia, "Bareback Nightfall" (Noemi Press, July 2020). He is a regional chair for CantoMundo, the co-founder of the all-ages zine Orange Mercury, and the co-editor of the student-run literary magazine Open Fruit.
