We're challenging students in London aged 11-16 to write their own poem, rap or song about finding the courage to stand up to hate. While working on their projects, students will reflect upon why it may be difficult to stand up to hate, what makes us stay quiet sometimes, and what motivates us to stand up to prejudice and discrimination when we do. They will learn that we all have a collective responsibility to stand up to hate.Students can submit the text to their song or poem, an audio file or a video clip. Remember, students will need their school or social club to register!
