Publicity expert Leah Paulos shares strategies to help authors position books effectively, find targeted media outlets and event venues and build the all-important author platform. From the presenter: In todays fast-paced and fractured media environment, its vital that authors are active in the promotion of their books — but getting started can feel daunting. In this session, Leah Paulos, the founder of top independent book publicity firm Press Shop PR, will share strategies authors can implement to break through the noise. Press Shop has worked on publicity campaigns for authors of all sorts over the past 15 years, including on the #1 bestselling campaigns for On Tyranny by Timothy Snyder, March by Rep.
