The build is very legacy, so this won't work in Expedition league. 140% flask effect (including 50% from enkindling orb) and 2 legacy soul catchers are necessary to achieve 0 soul cost vaal skills. Some important stats are spell/lightning/proj damage, proj speed, cast speed, chaos res, crit, skill duration, and flask stats.

Gluttony Aura is a vaal skill from my amulet. It makes ele damage heal me. I also have Vaal Impurity of Lightning, Vaal RF, RF, and Vaal Haste, all to boost my Vaal Spark DPS.

The DPS shown (about 1 mil) is if 1 spark from each Vaal Spark cast hits the enemy once. However, each Vaal Spark produces 100 sparks, and each spark can hit the enemy multiple times. Actual DPS depends on the room layout.

The crazy thing about 0 cost vaal skills is increased duration doesnt mess with soul gain prevention, and everything costs 0 mana. So skill effect duration is very nice for this build.

There's 3 buggy mystery clips at the end. Ele DOT damage is supposed to heal me with Gluttony aura, but instead, I take damage for a short duration, then I take no damage. I don't need 75% ele res because ele dmg heals me, but it helps to have some res because of the bugs. Phys DOTS and chaos damage damages me too (not a bug), but they are rare and I usually heal fast enough. 100% phys taken as ele isnt necessary because ele damage heals me. So I have 94% phys taken as ele.

I have to have Taste of Hate and Gluttony up to be almost immune to damage. And to use Gluttony, I need soul catcher to be up. I'm also constantly spamming the other vaal skills. There's a lot of button pressing, exactly like how GGG wants me to play this game.

The build can be refined a lot more, but it's unreasonably expensive in Standard and I've had enough fun :) I could definitely try other vaal skills too. Vaal BV is really strong and Vaal RF might be interesting.
