In this video, Definitiv showcases his Phantasm Disciple of Arakaali, an unconventional minion build, and his previous Path of Exile League starter for 3.28. It's a cheap and tanky ARPG build that does surprising damage, making good use of cyclone, and is actually tanky. This necromancer build feels more like a cast-on-crit build than a typical minion build.
