In Path of Exile, the most annoying stage of leveling a 2nd or 3rd character is from the level 70 to 75 mark: the point you can equip most of your endgame gear. This strategy shows how efficient it can be with even a weak build, which was never upgraded from the campaign.
It could be useful for SSF, or as a way to be lazy and not have to upgrade your build until level 75 (when you can equip all your gear, and subsequently run 5 ways or breachstone ROTAs for even more efficient leveling).
This is not a strat for league start, of course, since it relies on the endgame atlas and runs a single T1 non-alced white map 5 times. But by not alcing, you remove risk of dying and losing the exp.
